110-300-0170(2) Provider did not have an annual fire safety inspection conducted in the last year. 110-300-0170(3)(b) Licensor observed a (b) heating device in the living room that was on and hot, capable of reaching 110 degrees, accessible to children. 110-300-0170(3)(f) Provider indicated she has not had the heating device in the living room inspected annually by a state or locally certified inspector, or has submitted a written statement to the department that the heating device will not be used at any time.
